That is correct. It is the same but my climate control looks nothing like yours. Damn I wished I had a digital camera.

Do you have three ***** for the climate control? Also, with a flashlight, look into the little vent by the cigarette lighter. Is there a little round thing held by two wires? If so, it sounds like some replaced your control module with a standard model. Very few SSEi'* came without ECC.

Okay number one my car is not an SSE it is an SE it does have three ***** and when i look in the ven there is nothing but a round hole there.

my 1994 SE has that bulb as well but only has the 3 ***** for climate control. i've always wondered what it was too.

Sorry, I was thinking you had an SSEi. The dome is black, and in sunlight, is kinda clearish, right?

For me it'* not really a problem i'm just curious, I used to think it had something to do with the door and trunk remote but I never had any logic to back that up.

I just surfed cardomain. Checked several SE'* without ECC. They didn't have the dome. Is there maybe another option that also used this sensor? Now that I think about it, I think my brother'* 92 SE has it, too.
