NICE! I am SOO glad things are coming along well for you. I know it had to totally suck to have that failure right after taking possesion. I AM glad you were able to find a new motor lickity split at a good price and that my small contribution was able to help get ya on the road again.

6-7 on a 3.8 is perfect... but I know what ya mean.. after you go to a 3.25 that gauge is useless lol.

That cam looks mint.. I'm glad it escaped unharmed. You can keep it, or sell it off for ~200 and recoupe some costs for the motor. That cam was in there a good 30,000 miles and that timing chain and dampner looks good.

Can't wait for the whoreage.. and glad your still thrilled with it It'* gonna be hawt once you put some time into her interior. I miss it... :( I miss the power :(

ON A SIDE NOTE.... regarding the PCM..

It still has many of the torque management settings and little tweaks in it to make max power, however, I did have the Timing tables set back to stock and the shifts should hit a max of 5700 or so. I did have that changed before I sold it. I actually forgot I did that and was worried about 21deg of timing on a stock motor.. but now I recall when I took the 42.5# injectors out, I had the pcm redone for stock settings on timing, fuel, and shifts.

Just wanted you to know whats up with it.... so as of now it'* basically stock but tweaked
