well after coming out of hibernation and reading 5 pages of posts and pics i must say this is the place to be and im glad everything went A-OK
Well again we (my wife and I) felt horrible to hear the misfortune. Haro'* great understanding of the situation was very impressive. Had he attacked me verbally and publicly I would not have been inclined to do anything and had every right to say ' it'* your problem '. But we don't work that way. We raced both our cars and when there was a failure, fellow racers did what they could to help the guy/girl that broke lending parts and sometimes helping financially to get them home and repaired.
I have been on the receiving end from ED MORAD many times on something we broke, etc. When I blew my axle at IDD, Ed was great enough to float me a new one he would have used on BADSSEi to complete the repair so I could get home. He didn't expect the money right away but we hit an ATM and paid him anyway...
It'* that kind of fellowship that keeps a hard core sport like racing going... no one person can afford to have tons of failues thus we all help eachother so we can all keep doing what we like.
So yeah, I sent Haro a little something to help him get it back up and running. I hope it was enough and that things go well for him!

Great teamwork, guys. I've spoken on the phone with Haro a few times in the last week, and his spirits are MUCH higher now than 2 or 3 days ago. Adam, glad to have you still with us.
It is a great spirit. There'* alot of that going around. We have members GIVING other members spare parts fairly often. Out of kindness and a willingness to help.
What are the plans on the new/used motor? Swapping the cam over? WP? Anything?

I'm glad everything is starting to come together. Should be a major relief when all is done. Also mad props to lakeville and caminated. If only everyone in the world was that kind and understanding.
Say lakeville, do you think you could score me a L67 for $425?
