Default The Waxing Ordeal! (TONS of pics)

So the family decided to wax our brand new G35 today. This of course turned into both our cars getn' a full makeover. The Bonneville got rubbing compounded over the entire body, THEN polished with Turtle Waxes colour specific polish (works amazing btw), THEN a coat of Mother'* Ultimate pure carnauba wax.

The G35 just got a washing and a coat of the Ultimate pure carnauba cause of course it'* brand new paint.
My friend helped throughout the whole process, he owns the Cavalier in most of the pics.

Here'* the polish going on.

And then coming off.

My friend doing the final buffing, and that'* only on the Turtle wax polish! Look at that reflection, the Mother'* wax still hasn't gone on there.

All finished and out on the road:

Bonne sitn' in the driveway

Me putn' the wax on the G

Is that just not beautiful?

All 3

Nice! But a 4 banger doesn't need quad tips for sure....

Nice G35, those are nice sedans for sure. How'* the polish work for you? Did you apply it by hand or do it with a random orbital buffer? I've got some meguiars i'm gonna use in a few weeks, but i'm curious as to how you did it.

The polish was quite amazing, it filled in all the scratches (now note this is BLACK polish for black cars) and left, as you can see an impressive shine. Every step was done entirely by hand. We spent ALL day doing both.

Just ignore the ricing out on his car, it'* taken me a while to get over it, lol.

Actually I never shared about that incident on here. It happened when I was in University and didn't have time to share.

My father was driving it to or from work I believe, I forget which way, not important. And he was going through an intersection which was being directed by a cop, and the GP infront of him decided to start going, then changed his mind. Now, my father being somewhat impatient in driving situations had givnr' pretty hard before this guy decided to stop again. And he stood on the brakes the nose of our Bonne went right under the GP, and wrecked it up!

It'* going to be repaired and repainted in the next month hopefully.

Beautiful, stunning, impressive! What else can be said!?! Those are three nice-looking black beauties... and perfected with a set of chrome torque stars on your SSEi.
