If you are on a computer, you will see the BB code- Bulletin board code. When you click on that little code it will high light it,Then hit "control c" to the code and then "control v " to post it directly.

Ya you have to resize and crop images before posting them on larger pics. Strange that I can not edit in the cropped pic for you.. I tried.,
