I was finally able to get to the site, thanks, I was also able to get the clear harness off by using a small pick with a 90 degree angle, I worked my way around the clear harness getting behind it with the pick and gently tug while pulling up and down and it takes awhile but it finally came loose, my next question is the male connectors, are they supposed to be spongy or solid like the back side of the connectors?

I have to replace my driver side window motor, Napa has 2 listings for my 97 Regal . Metal or plastic gear. Is there a difference in the 2 or is one more durable than the other? They are Dorman units

Can you advise me on what action I should take about my Buick Century Ltd (2002)? Yesterday while driving up a steep interstate incline the car started to "runaway" without cruise control on (I never use it) and I could only get the car to stop with hard braking and ultimately jamming it up into park and turning it off. Amazingly, I did not tear the transmission out. The tow truck driver checked the throttle cables and said they were working properly and then he disconnected the cruise control. He then test drove it and said it worked fine for him. Hmmmmm. I was terrified on the interstate and even my son who was a passenger could tell the car was accelerating without any help from me. I am afraid to drive it now. I will have it checked out by a mechanic, but the mechanic I trusted moved away and I am not sure I will get a thorough check at the old location. Thanks!
