Has anybody used the Honda intake on the 2000+ bonne yet? Are the newer bonnie'* close enough to use the same setup?

Let me see if I have this right:

1)Honda intake, with IAT hole that is to big. Block that hole.
2) Put IAT into end of a good K&N, which may require enlarging the hole. Is the IAT lead long enough to reach the end of the filter, or do I need to extend it? (For a 2000+) Is there a extender available?

3) Is there anything else that I need to move? I seem to remember a old post that said an engine managment computer may be mounted to the bottom of my airbox?

4) I assume the Honda Pipe comes with some sort of coupler. Does this hook right up to the Throttle body, just to try the pipe out? It sounds like the upgraded sampo, samco, or whatever the brand seems like a good idea for more flexibility, I just was cusious if the couple that comes with the pipe will work for trying it out.

About what are you guys paying for the pipe, upgraded coupler, and K&N filter?

Where is the best price/service for buying the K&N?

Sorry about all the questions, just don't need anything else in the garage that I can't make work well. :(

The IAT hole for the rice pipe is too small i think. The extender for the IAT sensor is available, just bought mine today. The coupler is too small I think. Mine came with one and there was no way I could fit it over the TB. The pipe was around 40$ I remember. The extender is like 20$ from intense, and the K&N is different depending what size and who you buy it from. Just bought mine yesterday for 32$.

extender=solder and wires. If you are really worried then use a splicer and get a new IAT sensor.
