It is mainly a trial and error. Put the pipe on the TB, take it off and cut about 1-1.5 inch from the end then put it back on the engine and see how it fits. Remember to cut less then to much! About the heat box, I have no idea on measurements but i would say get some cardboard and make templates then get some plexi glass to the same measurements as the templates. Another item you could use is the sheet metal from baking pans. But you cannot see through it

You talking about the pipe to the engine? Just some type of clamp or reducer. Get a 3.5" to 3" coupler/reducer and you will be fine. Also make sure to pop out your IAT sensor from the stock tubing and place it in the new pipe, put some grommets around it also so no air escapes or enters into the pipe.

That 'fuse box' in the corner is your PCM. Be careful with it. You may have to fashion a new bracket for it.

Make the hole bigger for the IAT if you need to (and you probably will), or at least move the location if necessary. You need the IAT installed properly somewhere in the pipe, the closer to the filter the better. Mine is actually IN the filter now.

oooh alright. sorry i dont know all that much about technical stuff like that with cars. but this project shouldnt be too hard with me and my friend (hes a certified mechanic so we should be ok) i think im gonna go to autozone ask them about the rice pipe and then bring it out to make sure it will fit ok.
