Dont worry about instillation, it will be a breeze, especially for a mechanic. Your car is the same as mine so it will fit, but you got to modify it a little bit. The IAT holes wont really work so a new one will have to be drilled. Take your time and get some pics up when its done

i cannot tell from the pics twister, but can you rotate the pipe to angle it down a little more so it doesnt hit the body of the car?

Yea, I can tilt it down some more, probably just move the clamp on the TB as a whole unit, so I can keep the same angle. It would also help if I were to cut another half inch from the pipe to give me more clearance.

try not to sacrifice too much length. You might end up where you started with the PVC.

Oh no, im not. I plan on keeping it that length. It fits right behind the headlamp. Is that ok that it touches the body of the car?

For the IAT it comes with a hose you can attatch to the intake, and then the sensor

air can sit in that hose and heat up, which will make your car think the air coming into the engine is hot and spray less fuel. Less fuel=less power. As I was watching Will'* flex video, I was thinking about two things that can happen with your current setup. The torque could pull the intake off the TB, or worse, pull the TB and intake apart. Either way it would let unfiltered air into the engine with would be bad.

yours, with the filter up against the body of the car. It could be that our engines dont torque as much as Greenzilla, which is probably likely.

Yea, so dont have it that close then? Leave some room between the chasis and the filter top. What would you recomend?

I still have the PVC pipe on there now. I ordered my K&N tonight though. Yea, wills was kinda scary lookin. Reminded me of a buckin horse.
