He just popped one of them out of the mold yesterday. He'* going to cut it down and sand it so that'll be another day. Then I'll take a look and see whats up. They're rough prototypes just to see what design we wanna use so form fitting will come a little later. I'm excited to see it work. He'* also going to build a simple box for my intake to sit in. I'm going from a cone to a flat air filter so get the full ram air effect so he'* going to design the box around that and his scoop. 
He says he can use carbon fiber but it would be a pain in the *** to make the scoop out of it so I asked if he could just make the intake box out of it. He says we'll take a look at the dimensions and go from there. Not like its a big deal to have carbon fiber but it'd look cool under the hood and serve a good function.

Yeah you do. Hey when I get this things finished and broke in maybe I'll take a trip down there and show it off. Hell its not that far. In the mean time check out my cardomain site. So I posted new pics of the cam and spec sheet on both of the web pages. Probably wanna use cardomain.com so you can read the spec sheet. SO anyway I wanna kill my mechanic. He'* been bulls#@tting on my engine for months now. I'm so mad. He shook my hand saying it would be done this week then I called him today to ask when I should bring the new cam and crank position sensors I bought (just 'cause ya never know) and he says "Yeah bring em by on monday." I said "MONDAY?! You're supposed to have it DONE this week, not asking for basically internal parts next week." AHHH. I flipped out on him over the phone cause he was supposed to be done way earlier. I dropped this thing off like 4-5 months ago. I was semi-tactful though because he is doing an *** load for the little amount he is charging me but still this is too long. He kept telling me how its just him and he has other projects too but I've seen several projects come and go and mine is still sitting. What to do though, I don't wanna take it to someone else who is going to charge me out the ***. Its such a **** off he has this much power over me. Last time I take it to him. I'm done trying to predict when its going to be done but I'm also going to ride his *** every day until it is. I wanna enjoy this thing before summer is over!!! Here in washington it rains for like 7 months and I can't have fun with it then! Ahh its such a **** off. Anyway I'm going out there to yell at him some more and basically stand over his shoulder until its done. I'll update later...
