I'll let someone chime in who is more knowledgeable, but your LTFT is supposed to be within +/- 5 from zero to be considered a "good" tune from what i've been told. I think your seeing -12 to -20 on your LTFT because your PCM is sensing a rich condition and compensating accordingly. If i recall correctly your PCM can compensate up 22% in either direction so the throttle blip sending it to 20% makes me think you're going to max out your PCM'* ability to adjust your fuel under normal driving conditions, and especially if you go WOT without first adjusting with your powrtuner.

Maybe I'll try playing with the AFC1.1 and lowering to 90% to see what that does. If it does nothing, then it probably isn't working properly.

At least I have some variables to play with before I hit the road.

I should probably swap my spare PCM in just in case I mess up bad with the programmer.

Yep, that is correct you are running super rich. at about -22 it will set a SES light for running rich condition. Probably because you are pumping more fuel now and with 42.5#ers in there you are really giving it what it wants. Best to lean it out with the MAF table for now. At least you won't blow a piston because of a lean condition

As far as swapping in your spare pcm, i think you can save the settings from your intense pcm so you have something to go back to if your new tune doesn't work out. I'm not sure if you'll have any issues saving it with DHP since it was written using HPtuners (i think thats what they're using now) but it'* worth a try. If you have a spare PCM to swap in that'* always an option as well.

Yeah, have you tuned your intense file with your powertuner Paul? I couldn't read or write to my intense with the DHP. I was told it was possible, but I couldn't get it to work at all. Main reason for switching from my intense PCM.

I got a ZZP PCM first. When I started tuning I went to a stock file and went from there. I have experimented with the DHP 1.5 file and the ZZP file to make it more specific for my car. We could never get it to work with the Intense file though with the DHP tuner. If I rembember right we could read it and download it, but it wouldn't open in the PT to make changes. Let me know what you find.

Well I spent the morning trying to find and download the PowrTuner Software.

The connection box did not come with a disc. You have to download it from a site.
I was going to do it a month ago when I first got the Programmer but got busy and the car was apart and not ready to be connected. My plan was always to do it now over the holidays.

So I gave up trying to download and finding links using passwords after 3 hours and ended up tuning using the AFC 1.1 and my gauges.

That was easy.

Knocked the MAF frequency down 1% at a time to bring the STF and LTF trims bang on.

Timing at idle is steady at 22 degrees.

Sure idles nice and feels like better than ever. I can hardly wait for an opportunity to take it out for a run.

Temperature held rock steady at 160 F.

Supercharger outlet temp of 110 F at idle with 50 F IAT
