Default 1994 Olds Ciera 3.1 No start

Hi, I'm new here. Names Joey. Like the title says, I have a 94 Oldsmobile Ciera 3.1 V6 that wont start. It cranks continuously, and it will start with starter fluid, BUT dies immediately after.

When we changed the Crank Shaft sensor the first time the car started up and ran about 40 seconds before it died, then wouldnt turn over without starter fluid. We ran the ohm tests on the sensor, and coils. It would not start afterwards. We checked the wiring underneath the dash with the multimeter, and we tried a friends of ours ECM, just in case.

There is no Anti Theft in this car.

What I have done so far;
Replaced:
Fuel pump
Fuel Filter
Crankshaft sensor (one behind the engine, behind the front right wheel)
Checked spark on each of the plugs,
Spark Plugs
Changed the coil pack that the coils sit on
We did the fuel presser, but the injectors arent squirting, fuel gets up to.

I want to try switching the relays but not sure what does what, they are 4 bosch that sits in a row. Which are okay to move around?

Again, thanks for any insight, its driving me batty, lol.
There might be other stuff we have done that my memory just isnt sparking atm, might add later.

Without a scanner you're kind of shooting blind. You need to see if the computer is communicating and receiving the signal from the ICM so it can fire the injectors. I've seen the wire from the crank sensor short causing tons of problems because it gets oil soaked and the insulation starts to peel off.

if you have a test light you can put the ground lead on the pos side of the battery and probe the injector plugs one of the sides should make it pulse while cranking, that will tell you if the pcm is trying to fire them or not

Well, obviously, if it starts with starter fluid, it is a fuel delivery problem, not a crank sensor problem......either no fuel pressure or the injectors are not firing....

If the fuel pressure is ok with a gage, should be around 40+ psi, then we have an injector problem.....

First thing, is your 8th digit of VIN, a T or an M? T, I think is multiport....M is sequential....the M has a cam sensor, the T doesn't....

With multi port one bad injector or shorted harness can take out the driver for 3 injectors.....with sequential, more likely the ECM or ICM.....

You can't get to the injector harnesses to each injector, they are buried under the upper plenum......you would have to test for injector pulse at the main injector harness connector just outside the upper plenum, near the alternator.....a wiring diagram will be needed...

I second that...You might have the hoses to the fuel pump on the wrong input/output. I would check to see if you are getting fuel at the fuel rail. It should be under pressure.
