$200 a month for property taxes, water and garbage. I own it with no mortgage payments. $100 a month hydro, $50 a month insurance, $100 a month gas, $180 a month cable/internet, $200 a month phones, $200 a month beer, $200 a month tequillla, 151 Rum, Cariboo and Pineapple juice.........

Higher rent prices means better economy. When the economy is good the unemployment rate is low. When the unemployment rate is low that means housing is in demand near the jobs.

Yep. I was paying 850 a month for a 1 bedroom ILLEGAL apartment on Long Island (and it was only that cheap because I knew the person).


Now, I pay 600 Dollars in Kansas City for a HOUSE with a garage.



where abouts on the island?

North Babylon / And or Centereach.

I've known ChilinMichael since he was like 8 lol.

my share is $375 a month here in south county saint louie. so, 750 a month. 1300 sq. ft. apt. with washer/dryer, 2 bd room, 2 bath. id rather buy a house, but i gotta take care of a couple credit problems first. rent and housing can vary GREATLY in the st. louis/ st. charles area here.......

ill hopefully be renting out my friends old house from his dad with 2 other friends,
its a
3 bedroom
3 bath
2 car garage
and a den 1500/month +
300/month utility'*
split between 3 people

600/month per person give er take

and im the oldest of the 3 of us...

keep in mind im 19.
