My son went through a similar situation. He was working full time and going to college full time. There were times when he would just be dragging and ready to give up. I tried to remind him to hang in there, I know it'* tough, but in a few years you will be past it and will have a degree to show for your hard work. If you can afford to work less hours then I would agree to do so but for my son he needed to keep the 40 hour work week. He managed to get through it and is now done. He is even thinking about going back to school for something else.
Hang in there. Just think about how it will feel when you have graduated and look back on all the hard work you have put forth.

Something you can learn to do is be much more interactive on a regular basis with your TA or your professor. Studying alone makes it very difficult to maintain a 3.5-4.0. Spend as much time in office hours as you can, hammering out the difficult questions or the concepts you don't understand. Doing work in groups also helps to make it more interesting and easier.
Take 10-30 minute walks into nowhere when the pressure is too great. Do this on a regular basis.
