Hey Nathan, I did a lot of trial and error with the red lights and can recommend some bulbs if you are really going to do it = ).

Richard, what service intervals do you go in miles, on your on t-case & rear diff?

My jeep also takes ATF+4 & Lucas 85-140 for pulling in LS rear diff.
BTW when I was at store a few days ago, I saw this Lucas display that I have never seen before..Anyone else ever seen one?
Anyways, I said to myself, I wonder how long it will be before someone mention Lucas in the forum & then I will be able to post this photo....answer only a couple of days!

I have seen that display before. They use to have it at autoOne and advance. I plan on changing them at 15,000 due to the owners manual says 15,000 for towing use.

Cool..that u have seen that display Richard! Ya 15k mine too...+LS additive.
I used a lublelocker gasket that u can re-use on rear diff, 2x most just want to goop em...
I am seriously wishing when I ordered the Riddler cover that it came with a drain & fill plug.
It is still nice to peak in there and check magnet though.
I cant stand the smell of gear oil...YUK!

Yea gonna have to agree with this. Neither or those look like real motor oil.

Anywhoo, replaced my hood lift supports today. The hood has had a tendency to close itself lately. Now you gotta put a little muscle into it!

Art,

I used a Mix of three bulbs depending on what the socket needed. I replaced the two floor lights and both of the front and rear "Map" lights.

I believe the floor lights needed the 561'*

Then I used either the 3710'* or 4211'* for the Map lights. Your car will likely have different light sockets, but they have a tool that will tell you which lights are compatible with your vehicle.

Do not get the incandescent bulbs with red colored plastic over them. They work for a short period of time, then they catch on fire. Or maybe those were the ones I wrapped with red electric tape...

Regardless, LED is the only way to go IMO!
