Had to clear a big snow drift today. Broke the rope on the snow bower, guess I'm fixing that. Then I came in the house and said I'm buying a plow before next winter. The wife grumbled, but said OK.

She wouldn't be grumbling if she was the one out there trying to find the driveway under all the snow.

Drove 34 miles to work, got myself a ridiculously good parking spot, then drove 34 miles home 13 hours later

Just got home, roads are a bit slippery. One car was facing the wrong way in the snow bank. Not sure how he pulled that one off.

Broke my snow thrower the other day, so had to fix it.

Stupid cheep ropes. And they didn't make it easy to get to where I needed to be.

Finally got there. The fix was easy once I was there.

The electric start hasn't worked in years, and I just didn't feel like messing with it when pull starting is so easy. The gear was stuck, so I lubed it up and now it works.

Later today, about 4 gunners corpus will be dragged out of my shop. Will try to get a few pictures of the show.

Nice fix up on the thrower. I should be using mine to pick up sheet rock later today. 8 foot bed plus 2 foot tailgate means 12 footers are coming home.

I'm sick of clearing a 10 mile driveway. My neighbor was plowing it, but his health has not been good. So I've been snow blowing. Told the wife I'm buying a plow, I'm sick of this. Grumble grumble, OK, fine. Yaa me.

That'* what an ATV with 5 or so foot plow is great for if the truck isn't heavy duty enough to take it.

I told the girlfriend, if I buy her a ring, she'* buying me a new lawn tractor with the two stage 44" snow blower on the front.
