the chipboard is only on the front. the actual fireplace is metal and has its own 4 inch boarder of metal and is recessed back a few inches... it doesnt matter anyway. the gf wont let me use it lol. she ssaid she only kicked the heat on once last winter. we're on the 3rd/top floor so its always hotter than hell lol

You should get one of the LCD tv'* that have the optional "Fireplace" screensavers to put in front of it. ROFL!!!!

Fireplace channel FTW. There'* also a cottage channel, as well as aquarium and sunset channels. Not exactly sure why tho.

I took my car to the shop today, replaced the cat. Good as new now

I have the Cottage and Sunset channels naturally here. LOL

Got the front brakes on the GXP done today, just in the nick of time. The new style adjusters on the rear brakes are being a pain. Seems they come out quicker than I drive the car to wear down the linings. Passenger rear brake was seized against the rotor. That'* twice this has happened with plenty of pad left.
