Yeah, Hard Tails are for the insane. With V-Star'* incredicle suspension, 24 inch to the ground stance, "floating" foot rests, and my unsheered lambskin,... this bike is like riding a recliner.

And I got to that age by reasoning as much fun as I can have vs the friends I buried along the way. Comfort isn't just for the wheelchair crowd. It allows me longer rides and likely rides longer into my years. One of the regulars I ride with Saturday mornings to brunch is 85. He'* only good for about 100 miles roundtrip but still holding it up on two wheels. Recently added a new Goldwing 3 wheeler to his collection. Hope it lets him stay with us for entire afternoons.

I drove my Caddy to work and it stayed in 3rd gear the entire time and never shifted. After I stopped at stop it was back to only 2nd gear. After work, I barely made it to the dealership and ended up buying a new 2011 Chevy Cruze. The Caddy needed a lot of work. The dealership didn't even want to attempt driving it. I got scrap price and I got to take out my whole stereo. Sad, but happy until the bills roll in.
