I just want to say that all of you great guys on here have one thing in common, we all have enjoyed the craftsmanship of a bonneville. I have a 1992 Bonneville SE with a little over 390,000. All I have had to do is the simple things, water pump, alternator, tune ups, and O2 sensors. Knock on wood but the 3800 is still running strong. Its lost a little giddy up but it gets me to work and back. Thats what I love about the Bonneville. I bought that when my wife and I first got married in 1997 with 200,000 miles on it. We had no money at the time so this was our first car. We bought it for 3K and I wouldnt trade it for anything, well maybe a corvette. But it has got me to and from work for 14 years and it has never left me stranded anywhere. I just want to thank Pontiac for the Solid 3.8 and All of the members on here who dont only help eachother out when we have mechanical questions but they make an effort to help anyone out who needs it. This is a great website and Im proud to be a part of it. I have a 1997 Bonneville SSE and I found my Dream car this past summer, a 2005 Pontiac Bonneville GXP. I didnt think I would find one in such great shape because this was the last year of the almighty Bonneville, the carbon Fiber accents, dual exhaust and the NorthStar V8, you cant go wrong. Take Care guys and keep staying true to what we love most cars, trucks, SUVs anything that takes us for a ride.

Yesterday I was driving home from work in the truck. When driving I don't have my eye patch down. Can't see real good out of my right eye, but blurry is better then nothing. I came to a stop sign, looked left, looked right, looked left again, then looked right and started to cross the highway. I see something big, black and blurry out of the corner of my right eye moving, then BANG. Oh crud, something hit me. Dang, where did that come from? Wait, how did it hit me inside the bed of the truck? I turn real far so I can see. Ahhh, my tool box fell off and is laying inside the bed. Got home and took a look. Would seem the guy that installed the tool box only put 2 small screws to hold it on, one on each side. And one seems to have come out.
went to the junkyard and they didnt have any buicks... apparently one is coming in thursday and it sounds like its going to be hit or miss on the year/color/model so idk.. im still looking for some more different places to go.. there is one in muskegon i will try to hit up when i turn in my badge to the staffing agency..
