The Bonneville GXP is equipped with a Northstar so it is vaild...just like Posts like a 3800...

Deaf ears?
I take offense to that. Everything we do on this board is for the continued success and growth of the forum. Granted CBN is the pinacle status for the red star members, but as we grow each and every day, we need to keep up with the constant influx of posting.
Now some may proclaim about how they are only dedicated posters that don't "*****" but frankly, comical or more laid back or easy going posting makes things very interesting around here.
Unfortunately some will lose the coveted CBN status, however, I firmly believe that it will encourage more growth and renew excitment in what we have going on here. As I mentioned earlier its not a demotion for any member, simply the staff keeping up with the demand. Deaf ears...hardly. If we had deaf ears, this place would degrade to cesspool levels that I have seen many other forums degrade too.
If you want Vendor status Alan, we can look at that.
Anyone else have a problem with rankings.....Boat? I heard you complaining a while back...

Okay then tell me this! WHO got to keep their CBN status???? I'll tell who NO ONE! Both BonneMeMN & I were the next highest ranking (non-Staff) members! Both of us lost our CBN status! The ONLY ones higher than us ARE THE STAFF! Therefore when you say" some will lose their CBN status" you really should have said ALL DID lose their CBN status!

By changing the status, the only thing I see hapenning is alot of USELESS post whoreing just to get back what was once had.
This is the only forum that I am part of that keeps changing or even has the status. On other forums I go to they have got rid of it for the simple reason that people were posting crap about nothing just to get a new status.
Keep the post count since it "usually" tells you that a person does asnwer questions since teh join date is not always a good reference. But the stars and status unless you are an admin, mod or vendor are not needed.
That is just my opinion, since every time it gets changed it always starts something. If it is gone then you can't complain about it.
