well guys, he called back earlier today, and I had given her the suggestions of what you guys said.. and she got her dad to answer the phone for her when he called, and he answered the Three Oaks police dept. this is officer xxx [actual police officer, I choose to keep him out of this], he immediatly hung up, and hasn't been online, nor bothered her again.. she is extatic.. and I guess life goes on now.. and I think she has learned her lesson not to put her phone number in an away message..

Yeah, but whats the guy gonna do? "Hi, I've been harassing this girl on the phone and she had someone answer as the police dept" ???? That guy ain't gonna do that.
Sheesh!! I'm just saying that it'* probably not the best idea, since it'* illegal and all. But since it was the one you went with, I hope it works for ya.

illegality never stopped me before, immoral has though. Morals come before laws, just because I have very strictly instilled morals, which always stay close to heart, just like my friends. So its all good, the after effect turned out great.. no unexpected turns.. so that'* always good.

Call him once and tell him to back off, If calls back - reverse the number thru Google or WhitePages.com - then take 6 BIG friends overthere and adjust his attitude.

Sorry we're "old school" out here in the west
