The phone.. well, that'* a story I'll elaborate on when I get my phone back/my replacement.
Exactly. I had a Defender and it didn't fare the greatest. I might look into getting something stronger for the next phone.
My screen broke in the defender. I'd hate to see what would happen to your S3 in a similar situation, seems its a much bigger phone. I had a lot of dirt get on my screen when I worked at the hardware store last year. It liked to collect around the forward facing camera and it kept plugging the mic.
I forgot what we were doing, but we had the front of his truck up on ramps and he was underneath and his phone fell out of his pocket right behind the front tire. Surprisingly, it still worked, but the screen was cracked.

I really like this house. I like the pond and it'* 3.5 acres. The 30X40 pole barn is nice to have as well. I would probably put on an attached 2.5 car garage.
It'* currently for sale, but I haven't got in contact with the real estate agent yet. Probably busy from the holiday weekend.
The area this house is in you need 5 acres of land to put a pond on it. This pond was put in when the acreage was only 3.
