I've been looking at houses recently. I found one I really like. Putting an offer on it soon. It'* 2 and a quarter of land 2000 sq foot. The three car garage is perfect.

I feel in love with the home and property and soon as I saw it.

I've never had more than a 1.5 car garage. This would be a huge upgrade.

does the garage have heat?

There is no heat, but the garage is fully insulated, and the gas line is already in the garage. I would just need to hook up a heater.

The bank took the offer on this home today. After an inspection and if that comes back good then it can be closed on and I can move in.

Congrats on the new home.

Looking good sitting in my new garage. Most of the crap in there now, is stuff that will need to be moved into the house. Painting and carpeting will be done by this week. Then I can start to get the garage in order after that.
