Dealers should not be using D plates for their private cars. Be careful this isn't something he is trying to flip. Get a good history on this car if you start to head that way.

I've already looked at the car fax. It checks out as a one owner car with just 73k on it.

That must be a Michigan thing.

Dealers in both MO and GA put dealer plates on their cars.

I know in Ontario owners use dealer plates on their demo'*.

That'* a nice impala, I saw one online that had a T-56 swap, it was nice! Also saw a crown vic interceptor car with a manual transmission swap!
