It is such a small difference divided over the 5 bolt holes that it doesn't make a difference and the wheels will fit just fine.

Pretty sure these will clear the calipers without spacers or having to grind on the caliper bracket.

Yeah, they're not cheap. You might be able to find a set locally for cheaper though.
