I was just telling a friend yesterday that I should get her to go over there and go for a test drive She went on a test drive recently and drove 6 miles. And IMO, that'* a standard test-drive.
whenever I test drive I do at least 10 miles, I like to put the vehicle through all the types of driving I usually do

I e-mailed my contact at NBC. I have not heard back from the reporter regarding our interview. I REALLY hope he still can do my story. He was nominated for Emmy Awards on his "investigative reporting."
That'* sweet. Just the fact that he is doing the story should be more than enough to get the results you need and deserve.
I'd be willing to send an email to the guy to help convince him to do the story if you think it would help.

Yeah. You have to post it or youtube it. I had a real runin with a stealership a couple of months back. Some people think they can conduct themselves any way they want, and their victims will just have to eat it.

A mutually agreeable solution to a problem is always the best answer for all involved. For those who are too stupid to see the good sense in that.....

"the verdict is vendetta".

I just got a call from the reporter!! I'm being interviewed Wednesday after work. I'd assume it would be aired late this week!!

YouTube is a good idea! Everyone knows about YouTube. I have to make sure I tape it!

Ask the reporter how you can get a clean copy of the clip. They'll probably give you a means to get it free of charge.

Then, post it to youtube!

You cant post it legally on YouTube without the permission of the news station

Most news channels have video clips available on their website... I'm sure we can watch it that way...but that'* only for a limited time, I would assume.

I'll ask the reporter how to get permission to put it on YouTube. I'm sure he would be on my side and would definitely advocate posting it there. Unless he personally does not want to be on YouTube.

If I get it on YouTube AND the News, I'll definitely get my message out there. Of course, only those in CT would really benefit from it.

If I get it on YouTube, I'll e-mail the owner the link and await his response.

I think a local TV station would be happy to get a spot on youtube. Particularly if they have an ongoing consumer segment. It'* a free ad for them and the reporter.
