UPDATE:
I got a call from a well-known reporter at a local new station today.
He said we are definitely doing my story. When I told him I found personal items in the car (bulbs, ceramic tiles, hats...) he was immediately on my side.
I'm waiting for a call back to schedule an interview.

Hopefully I get a phone call from the reporter today. He didn't call me back last Friday to schedule an interview. :?
I got this from the BBB this morning. It'* a closed case with them. Too bad it won't really do much as most won't know about it. Let'* hope the news comes through for me.
While a file w/ the BBB may not do much damage, I'm surprised a business actually IGNORED the BBB for a month. Completely unprofessional IMO.

The Better Business Bureau contacted the above referenced company on multiple occasions regarding your complaint. To date, we have not received a reply; therefore, the BBB is obligated to close your complaint as a "no response," which will be reported to the public for the next three years.
If the company responded to you directly due to BBB intervention, we ask that you notify us immediately so we may retain an accurate disposition of your case. In the event your complaint remains unaddressed, we suggest you consider filing an online complaint with the Connecticut Attorney General'* Office at http://www.ct.gov/ag or with the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection at http://www.dcp.state.ct.us. We also suggest you consider legal means

Will do Bill.
I e-mailed my contact at NBC. I have not heard back from the reporter regarding our interview. I REALLY hope he still can do my story. He was nominated for Emmy Awards on his "investigative reporting."
