Dealership rip-off - May 14, 2008 update - PAGE 22
I am very surprised he is continuing with lies, excuses, and threats. I have not backed down since day 1, when I told him I would not let this go. I went to the BBB, I aired his dirty laundry on state-wide television, and he probably still thinks I will back down. If that'* the case he'* a complete and utter fool.
This is something that I CANNOT drop. That'* what he wants. Others have complaints against him, and another is going to the AG as well. He will be brought down in some shape or form. Whether he brings me to court or not. I have no doubt in my mind he will lose big time. And if the story was taken down he will not send me a check, not after what I've done to him so far. lol
I just e-mailed the AG directly with a copy of that e-mail threat. I am notifying the news shortly.
Logan, he sure writes like he'* 12.

Once again all this will be out his life if he would simply pay for the minor things he'* at fault for, but he would rather now hire a lawyer and get the courts involved which will have more cost than just paying you back...idiot

I was thinking about telling him, but I think it'* best I cut all e-mails with him for now. I'm sure he'* bluffing, but I'll wait a bit and see what he does. Maybe my silence will scare him some more? I guarantee he sh*t his pants when I sent him that video link.

Clarification: The person who commented on my video on the NBC website dropped his car off at this dealership to sell, and UPON SEEING MY NEWS STORY (or video), he took it back!
So he'* already lost business!!
Everything MOS said! You really SHOULD email that to the AG office, I'm betting he would appreciate a car dealer dropping his name like that!
Edited to add: When you translate the email into what he'* REALLY thinking, it says,
You Win, I am an utter moron.
The tone of the email tells the tale of a deeply struck nerve.

I DID e-mail that to the Attorney General. I hope to hear back tomorrow!
I added a comment on the website.

I feel somewhat satisfied though as I've accomplished what I set out to do, which was to really get him pi$$ed off, and take away business from him.
I am still pursuing reimbursement though. If he goes out of business that would be awesome, though not too likely.

It probably explains why he spelled "attorney" 4 different ways.
