Whether or not he does it is unknown. I'll wait a couple more days. If I'm not fully reimbursed then I will contact the AG, and e-mail the link to him.
I didn't give the guy his stuff back and I don't plan on it at all. Several months ago over the phone when he was blowing me off, he did have the nerve to ask for the light bulbs back. He didn't mention the hats or tiles, so either he forgot, or they belonged to one of his employees who probably drove the car too.
