Now I know to check the BBB before doing business with anyone, good lesson taught and learned! Thanks for sharing!

FYI: Video works fine with Firefox here, and I'm viewing it at my work. Hope I don't get dinged by the bandwidth police.
I actually e-mailed Dave Taylor Monday night after finding out it was airing. He said in his reply Tues. AM, "Sorry, it was my fault I forgot to tell the bookkeeper to send your check and keys out. I will do that today."

Whether or not he does it is unknown. I'll wait a couple more days. If I'm not fully reimbursed then I will contact the AG, and e-mail the link to him.

I didn't give the guy his stuff back and I don't plan on it at all. Several months ago over the phone when he was blowing me off, he did have the nerve to ask for the light bulbs back. He didn't mention the hats or tiles, so either he forgot, or they belonged to one of his employees who probably drove the car too.

In any case, I personally would have already looked into getting the ignition (and door locks, if same) re-keyed a long time ago. Whether he'* returning your keys or not, he'* had more than enough time to have a duplicate made, unless they're the special electronic dealership-only types. And if he'* as pissed as he sounds, he might just do that for the sake of being able to screw with you later on.
