I watched it. Good exposure, but aren't "honesty" and "car dealer" never really connected? I havent dealt with one yet that didnt give me a strange feeling in the pit of my stomach the whole time.

I forwarded the link to my Account Manager who has a sister that lives near Hartford....he'* going to tell her to share it with everyone she knows too.

I learned the hard way about dealers, too. The one I bought my 95 SSEi from never filed the paperwork for the warranty I bought from them, so they could pocket the money. If I hadn't had the problems I did, they would have gotten away with it, too.
I think there oughtta be a regulating body specifically for dealerships.
