That is really funny! Would you have had a tougher time closing your account had it been overdrawn? Also, wouldn't you have gotten the same phone call at length anyway?

Banks are the absolute worst. Trust me. I worked for one, now work for another.

Nothing but greedy, money hungray bastards.

I refuse to bank at a bank. Credit unions only for us. In the mean time, I will work for banks because they pay well.

My bank is so lenient its crazy. I don't get charged for overdraft fees if I let them know ahead of time that I might be getting one. Every person in the bank knows me by first and last name. Gotta love small town USA. I got my loan for my 00 from them, I had no credit, and no co-signer. They based my credit off the last 6 months of my electric bill.

I have Charter One as well. They know me there by first & last name, and they have waived several overdraft fees. I'm also within walking distance from them. I don't know why I still have a Chase account. Must be all the happy ads about retired people watching kids play or something.
