Wouldn't open with Mozilla....but IE worked fine....

Ahhh, the classic PIT manuver

Highly doubt that, unless it was another cop driving the v8. Just because the car can go fast does not mean the person driving it can handle the situation.

if it was a Mustang with a V8 fine, he may out run a cruiser, but not several dispatched cruiser and nothing on the road is fast then a police helicopter.
