Ok, I just seen Bad Boys 2 again tonight, and that chase seen when a Buick is released from a semi on that bridge got me thinking. Has there ever been a Bonne involved in a chase seen? Whether it be a background car or the main star, it does not matter. Just curious.

They used 2002 Auroras in the hwy scene in the Matrix 2, one of the agents crushes one...lol

Yea, that was pretty cool! Maybe the new Bonne'* will get some Hollywood recognition sometime soon. I would of thought for sure an old big body Bonne would of been used for something onetime.

There was a GXP used in an episode of the Sopranos, but I have never seen it. Not a chase scene tho :?

I recall the X files, Mulder and Scully always had new GM vehicles to drive around it, but never a Bonnie.

Was it Smoky and the Bandit where there was a scene in the desert with a bunch of semis and cop cars? They wrecked a bunch of Bonnevilles, Olds and Fords of some sorts, some Dodges.

I've seen Bonnevilles in a few movies. Usually parked in the background.

I think all but a handful of cars in that chase scene were GM. If you watch again pay attention and you see maybe 5 cars out of that whole scene are not GM

The only time I've seen a Bonneville that stood out, was in Old School, when Will Ferrel was streaking through the streets, and a 2000+ Gray SE drove by.

I saw a lot of Buick Centurys, Olds Intriques, a few LeSabres and Park Avenues.

Don't forget the Escalade that blew up.
