The internals in the N/A 3.8s are basically the same. The only difference is a higher compression ratio. I think it'* half a point higher. So you need some supporting mods, such as exhaust and intake, colder plugs, and ~160* themostat.

I did this build earlier this year. I've had no problems with the motor with the exception of a very small amount (~2*) of knock retard at low rpm and high load.
