Need to watch the temp actuator, to see if it moves, when the temp is commanded from full cold to full hot....
If no movement, remove the actuator and see if the temp door is bound.....
If it moves easily, you have to disconnect the harness, and do your electrical checks on the harness...if ok, then replace actuator....
