Default Found something interesting...




I found this rubber piece when installing a new wiper line. After taking out the wheel well liner, this fell to the ground. Anyone have an idea of what it is?

Which part of the wheel well did it fall out of? Like front/back/inner/outer?

At first I thought it may be a mudflap ha ha..
Is it weighted a bit in the middle? Kinda looks like a chewed up pylon base, without the orange cone !

Found it near the frame rail, drivers side.... just kinda hanging out, not attached to anything lol

Yeah, probably a souvenir from your travels, but not a missing piece. Might want to frame it.

Found the same piece just last night on the opposite side (also no longer on the vehicle). It is definitely a part of the vehicle and I can’t find anything about it

I found this while working in the driver’* side wheel-well a few months ago. Last night, I found another one in pass. side wheel-well. I can’t find anything about it. Do you guys have any ideas?

I'd guess it is some kind of keep-snow/water/salt/debris/sand-out-of-bodywork kind of thing then.
