Default A/C not blowing out of front vents

I can change my vents from feet and defrost, but will not go to front vents. Can hear a click in the dash when I change from defrost to front vents, but it doesn't go past the feet vents. Any ideas?

Does the A/C indicator flash?

Has the vehicle been scanned for "B" codes?
