it tested fine so I had a friend of mine look at it for me and said forsure the Starter don't work which I assumed was an issue so once I get it I'm going to replace it and go from there thanks for the reply. I will update you when Starter is replaced.

Please indulge us with how you tested the ignition switch.
Believe me, when we ask people how they tested something there is a reason behind it. Especially when you come back in a week saying it was the ignition switch that was causing everything the whole time.
