If the battery is draining in 10 minutes that is a HUGE drain and would cause a fire. Something in this needs to be clarified.

I don't know where else to check only thing that was done is a lock cylinder replacement

There'* no way to drain a fully charged battery in 10 minutes without something smoking. I think you need a new battery.

OK so battery is good had corrosion on negative side so cleaned it up now I have the fuel level showing this

actually disconnected the negative for 15 minutes and it went back to normal. When I try to start it no crank /no start and a solid battery light at dash. The lock cylinder I have doesn't have The ACC if that helps but read that it doesn't matter. If the sound battery means it'* a drain I have no clue where it'* at.
