in the interm anything common that usually fails and draws current on this LGT circut. looks like the radio, cig. lighter, and the like is on it from what i looked up. anyone have any tips on removal of dash trim bezel around radio. GM usually uses the clips and it just pulls off. i noticed a switch/lever of some type under the radio and would like to prevent breaking any clips/retainers.

Unplug the power antenna in the trunk, Its a know current draw when they fail. Sometimes in up and down cycles.
Nice job on bringing her back, I have done this on several cars in the past. Once bought a chevy for $50 that the womans mechanic said had a bad cam. It turned out to be a stuck valve.

charger and lower intake manifold are off. lower intake manifold gaskets look like they were about ready to give way to water intrustion. a single injector looks meh.

pictorial update once i get back to my place which has a more civilized internet bps rate.
