got back around to working on this. all that is left is air filter assembly and coolant and crossed fingers for mo leaks. pressurized the fuel system today and that was good.
is there supposed to be any hose off the boost control soleniod here? i know the boost control soleniod on the buiclk only uses one port so i am assuming all that was ever there was foam.
just noticed i have a vacuum line on backwards. :o

going over 2 months on this thing as i just can't find the time to work on it. good thing it is not needed for actual transportation. lol
learned that a cheap china harmonic balance is junk. the $100 less it cost resulted in a balancer that cracked because the key slot was not machined enough. found that out when it chewed up the oil seal and started pissing on the ground. new oil seal and ac delco balancer now on.
i should have changed the water pump when the car was all apart. i waited till it was all 100% back together and started leaking. took ~ 4 hours to remove and replace the water pump.
now i have one problem left. damn cooling fans don't come on...
that will be tomorrows project.
