Got a little more work done today.

First I marked 5/8" so I knew how deep to cut.

Bolted down the cutting head.

Put some tension on the cutting bit.

And started turning

All done. Now I can run some really small pulleys.

<--- Interpretted as meaning... "Now I can see how fast i can blow the heads off the block with boost, I always wanted a ram air hood... maybe at 50lbs the heads will go THROUGH the hood and save me the trouble of cutting slots" lol j/k dan thats awesome using the cutting tool for that... we have 2 machine ones and 1 hand crank at the shop but theyre usually used for turning down rotors

Got a bit more done. Figured I would post while my toes thaw out.

Still need to finish this. But I want to get on the Milling machine to remove the H bar and then cut away the bolt bosses.

Got the intake clean up a little, but still need to work on this.

Then I threw it all together for a photo shoot. The snout got a little messed up when I cut it down, so that needs to be cleaned up.

That is looking mighty nice. I appreciate the updates, it helps with my learning curve about SC and performance enhancements for the Bonny.

One question...which area is the "H" bar?

Holly cow, I just happen to look back at what I started with and then looked at what I have now. And I'm not even done yet.
