It just seems like the 92-99 Bonne'* just have more LIFE in them. To be honest, the only thing that even LOOKS remotely close to a bonneville on the 00+'* is the fog light placement. I remember when i was younger and my mom had a 95 SLE (lovely car) and i was riding with her and i looked forward and saw a 2000 Bonneville and i was like WTH is that?? That doesn't even look like a Bonneville! Don't get me wrong, the 00+ Bonne'* are great, but they definitely strayed away from the tradition. Interior included.

I will tell you guys something. The 3800 engine is bulletproof, it does not matter what year they are you just can't kill the 3800 if you drive with some common sense.
Im relly disapointed that the bonne has been killed off. Instead of killing it off gm should have just done a restyling i drove an 05 bonne gxp and i have to say that even though the styling isn't that great the car was very responsive and the car had plenty of pick up

Guys I have heard something from a godd friend of mine who works for GM and he'* is not sure but GM might keep the Bonneville. He is not positive he will give me a call next week with the final answer.
Found this in a swedish car magazine.
It says that one of the readers during a visit in China met some test drivers from Gm
who was testing a new Bonneville that will debut at Detroit in januari 07.
They was also testing a new V6 engine for the Chinese market!!!!

Looks interesting
