I will see about tuning it up and see if the surging goes away. If the gear wine is tranny related, which I am sure it is, we may have to go through a lawer to get it fixed. If thats a rebuilt tranny, it sure doesn't run like one.

Well they got it back from the dealership the other day. They didn't have the dealership fix it cause they wanted too much $$$. I took a look at it and found the power steering pump was making noise but the steering feels good. Get this, the dealership wants them pay for a pump thats making noise due to the dealership putting a hose on wrong when they did the tranny job. How can they get away with that crap. There not getting the pump now,and when they do I will be puttingit in. This dealership is a joke. They scaned the codes and told my mother in law they got a code for some pump that was located on the firewall? Who knows!

Plus they are paying 340 a month for 60 months on that car, which ends up being 20 grand for a 1997 Regal. Is that nuts or what? Expecially considering the lousy service there getting to have it fixed. I am soooooo glad my I have my Bonny and I only owe $400.
