How much strength do they need? I'm no engineer...however most SC p&p'* do this and don't have issues.

Which is why I'm leaving Haro a little bit of extra on the inside instead of a flush cut. Keep in mind the holding strength varies by the material you're threading into. In this case, it'* aluminum. I'll blend it and make it look good, he'll cut his bolts slightly (or maybe I will since I have them here) and he'll still have very good flow.

Paul, did you see your inlet and outlet on page 3?

Can you give us some more details on what you are doing to the outlet Will? Aren't you losing effiecency by doing this?
