Sorry but that is not correct.

Those are knock offs of one of the best HID ballasts sold today. Produced by hella and philips.
Hella ballasts have German writing printed on them, not stickers. The philips ballasts have the stickers.

Notice some similar things??

Neither of the ballasts above come with the connections shown in the picture of the kit but also notice they dont show the full ballast to bulb wires....
