Default need some help with 97 vortec

hello all and good day or night wherever u are im having a issue ihave a 97 suburban i pulled a engine out of a donor truck to rebuild due to broke internals everything turned wen i took it apart now tht imtrying to finish the engine i have my very last bearing keeps getting stuck i plastiguaged the bearing with green plastiguage and ended up witha reading of .0015 so i went .001 smaller on bearing now it turns only halfway left or right before it gets stuck things iv done so far are make shure rod and cap are both the right wayas well as the connecting rod next to it can anyone helpme ineed my truck going well again

What about the crankshaft, did you have a machine shop turn it or at the very least take a micrometer to it to make sure it was still in spec?

yes i had the crankshaft mic and it came out within spec
