Yes, The 2 under the hood near each light, the 2 in the trunk and the one under the rear seat.
I did check and have power at terminal C, and H to terminal D no light on.

Let'* go through this, step by step.....
Disconnect turn/hazard module harness....key in "on" position, engine not running....
1. Attach your test light to terminal "A"(black), ground.....with probe of test light touch term "H"(orange), bat pos....
should light.....if it doesn't, attach test light to a good ground and touch term "H"....if it now lights, then you have a bad ground at term "A"...If it still doesn't light, then check 15a fuse....if ok, then there is an open in the #540 circuit....
2. If terminal "A" ground is ok(first test), with test light attached to term "A", probe term "C"....test light should be off....turn left directional on......light should come on.....you said it does, so directional switch circuit is ok.......
3. If terminal "H", had power in the first test, and you jumper terminal "H" to term "D", your left front and left rear bulbs should light, along with your left directional indicator in the dash.....
If it doesn't, then you have an open in circuit #685......remember, the key has to be on, and engine not running....if the indicator in the dash is not lit, the problem is somewhere between term "D" and the fuse block....if it is lit, the problem is a connection in the I/P fuse block.....

maybe try replacing the light bulbs, I had a similar issue w my turn signals not working. turn out to be one of elements (2 in bulb; 1 for daytime running lights, 2nd for turn signals) was bad.
