Post odometer speedometer turn signals cruise control not working

Please help. My odometer speedometer turn signals cruise control not working on my 05 Pontiac Bonneville Gxp. So what i have found is that while i was drive on the highway last night i notice that while i was going 67mph my dash was reading 0. At the same time no turn signals and no cruise control. But what was really weird is that my miles stayed at the same miles (54930) for 1hour of driving through Illinois. Oh sorry forgot to add that the only thing that was reading on the DIC was calibrate compass. Need to know where to start. Check the battery it is OK. High beams low beams fogs radio coolant etc. All work.

Check all the fuses. One for the instrument panel may have blown.

Checked all fuses and grounds etc. I'm thinking its the instrument cluster but don't know. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated.
