in the first picture when I would test the mode one at a time I would put my finger over the holes on the end of the tube to see if I got vacuum and then record the mode and the corresponding nipple or tube to which it was on

be sure to get the right tubes or lines in the proper harness from he programmer, maybe you can find some same colored lines from the bone yard
